To all of you out there, who need to really pick up their spirits,this is a
great way to do it.I've been told a hundred times what to do, like
exercise, or talk to friends, or just get on with it, but never like this.
No patronizing, no pills,no intimidating doctor. Just this very down
to earth lady, making me comfortable and then telling me that I'm o.k.
and I don't have to think these things if I don't want to. In a lot more
words than this,though and while I was 'under'. I'm hooked on the CD
I got of our talk and when I really start to feel like things are closing in,
I listen to it and it really helps. I actually went out last night, only the
movies, but hey....She talked a lot about finding the joy in small stuff.
I didn't believe I could actually be hypnotized,all I know is it felt much
nicer than I expected.If I was, ? it seems to help. better now.
